The world through a trash receptacle

A garbage can, a waste container, a dumpster, a recycling bin, a green bin. A temporary place to store waste before it is trucked or shipped or flown or hauled around and dumped or buried or burned or made into something else. If the waste we create says something about ourselves and a place, what can we also learn from these temporary storage containers?
